Ten African countries have increased their pledges to IFAD to put farmers at the heart of rural growth, announcing the commitments during the high-level meetings of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
The countries are Burundi, Chad, Ethiopia, Guinea, Kenya, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan and Zimbabwe.
