About the Position
Sherifa Sayed General Trading PLC is looking for a responsible, trustworthy, organized, and proactive Administrative & Liaison Officer to support the company with external administrative and operational tasks.
Main Responsibilities
Visit government offices, banks, tax offices, suppliers, customers, and other organizations on behalf of the company.

Submit, collect, and follow up on documents, applications, payments, letters, and other company matters.

Follow up with offices and organizations until assigned tasks are completed.

Deliver and collect documents and other materials safely and on time.

Handle company errands and external administrative tasks.

Keep management informed about the progress of assigned tasks.

Represent the company professionally when dealing with external organizations.

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements
Completed high school education or above.

Previous experience as an office assistant, messenger, runner, liaison officer, or in a similar position is an advantage.

Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and ability to navigate the city efficiently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized.

Able to work independently and follow instructions carefully.

Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Good command of Amharic; English is an advantage.

A valid driving license is an advantage.
