Qualia Solutions is hiring a part-time Software Engineer to join our team remotely. You'll build, maintain and improve web applications and internal tools, working closely with our team across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain features for web applications and internal tools

Write clean, tested, well-documented code

Integrate third-party APIs and services

Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance

Communicate progress clearly and work independently in a remote setup

Requirements:
2+ years of professional software development experience

Proven remote work experience (required)

Strong skills in JavaScript and/or Python, with experience in React or Node.js

Comfortable with Git, REST APIs and async collaboration tools

Good written and spoken English

Reliable internet and availability for part-time hours with some overlap with US Central Time

Nice to have:
Experience with cloud platforms, databases or automation and AI tools
