About MyHome
MyHome connects real estate agents (delalas), brokers, homeowners, and developers with buyers and renters. We also partner with commercial banks on mortgage advertising and bank-foreclosed property listings, including auctions and tenders.
 
We’re looking for an experienced, relationship-driven Marketing & Business Development Professional to grow our platform and build strategic partnerships.
 
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard agents, brokers, homeowners, and developers to list properties for sale or rent.
Build and maintain strong relationships across the housing and real estate industry.
Approach commercial banks and financial institutions to secure mortgage advertising partnerships and foreclosure property listings.
Present MyHome confidently to senior executives, bank credit and asset recovery heads, and developer decision-makers.
Manage outreach, follow up on leads, and meet agreed onboarding and partnership targets.
Qualifications & Skills
5–10 years of relevant experience in marketing, housing, or the real estate business.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Economics.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Executive presence and confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
A proactive, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
Existing connections with agents, brokers, developers, or commercial banks—particularly mortgage or asset recovery departments—are a strong advantage.
Contract & Compensation
Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
ETB 20,000–40,000 per month, depending on experience.
Performance measured against agreed onboarding and partnership targets.
