NIA Garment is looking for a Garment & Printing Production Assistant to support our daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will assist with garment and bag production, textile printing processes, quality control, material preparation, and production coordination to ensure orders are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in garment and bag production throughout the manufacturing process.

Prepare fabrics, accessories, and materials before production begins.

Support textile printing operations, including heat transfer, DTF, sublimation, and other printing processes.

Bundle, sort, and organize cut materials for production.

Inspect products during and after production to maintain quality standards.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for delivery.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace.

Report production issues and help improve workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience in a garment factory, bag manufacturing, or textile printing is preferred.

Basic knowledge of garment production and printing processes is an advantage.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn new production techniques.

Good teamwork and communication skills.
