Architectural Modeler & 3D Rendering Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Modeler and 3D Rendering Specialist for an immediate, one-time project. The ideal candidate must excel in turning architectural drawings into precise 3D models and high-end, realistic photo renders.
Key Responsibilities
3D Modeling: Build precise, detailed 3D architectural models in Revit and SketchUp based on provided CAD drawings.

Photorealistic Rendering: Produce high-resolution exterior and interior 3D renders using D5 Render, ensuring accurate lighting, material texturing, and realistic spatial staging.

Qualifications & Requirements
Software Proficiency:
Advanced mastery of Revit and SketchUp (Detailed 3D modeling)

Expertise in D5 Render (Lighting, texturing, rendering setup)

Portfolio: Proven experience with high-quality architectural renderings (must provide portfolio links or sample work).

Attention to Detail: Deep understanding of scale, architectural proportions, material realistic behaviors, and interior/exterior lighting.

Turnaround: Ability to deliver high-quality output under structured deadlines.
