A nearly century-old property at 575 Island Park Crescent in Ottawa, associated with the Ethiopian embassy residence, is the focus of a heritage dispute, the Ottawa Citizen reported.
Reported problems inside the building include roof deterioration, cracking and sagging ceilings and mould, according to the article.
The built heritage committee will consider a staff report calling on council to approve the designation for the property, the report said.
