FAA Clears Boeing 737 Max 10 for Passenger Service

The Federal Aviation Administration approved Boeing’s 737 Max 10 for passenger service on Tuesday, according to NBC News, clearing a major hurdle nearly a decade after the company unveiled its largest 737 Max jet.

The approval ends years of delay in Boeing’s effort to bring the plane to airlines.

NBC News noted that Boeing has struggled to restore its reputation after two deadly crashes involving the smaller Max 8 killed 346 people in 2018 and 2019 off Indonesia and in Ethiopia.
