Minimum of 5 years of experience

Train new garment operators on basic and advanced sewing operations.

Demonstrate correct sewing techniques, machine operation, and garment construction methods.

Train operators according to their assigned operation and skill level.

Provide practical training on different garment styles and operations.

Evaluate trainees before assigning them to production lines.

Support operators who require additional training to improve their performance.

Provide training on machines such as:
Single Needle Lockstitch

Overlock

Flatlock

Coverstitch

Chain Stitch

Buttonhole

Button Attaching

Bartack

Other specialized machines

Teach correct machine handling, speed control, needle selection, thread setting, and basic adjustments.

Ensure operators understand safe machine operating practices.
