​ትምህርት ደረጃ በሜካኒካል፣ ማኑፋክቸሪንግ፣ ወይም በተዛማጅ የኢንጂነሪንግ (Engineering)  (BSc/Diploma) ያለው/ላት።

በ Edge Bander, CNC Router, Boring Machine እና Compressor ማሽኖች ኦፕሬሽን ላይ ቢያንስ 2 ዓመት እና ከዚያ በላይ የተረጋገጠ የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ላት።

የማሽኖችን ፕሮግራም እና ሴቲንግ የማስተካከል ክህሎት ያለው/ላት።

​የቴክኒክ ስዕል (Technical Drawings) የማንበብ እና የመረዳት ችሎታ ያለው/ላት ።
