POSITION 1: SALES REPRESENTATIVES (INDOOR & OUTDOOR)
Number of Vacancies: 6
Experience: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell ceramic products to individual customers, construction companies, real estate developers, apartment projects, contractors, retailers, and other potential clients.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
• Promote products through social media, create engaging content, and manage online customer inquiries.
• Maintain sales records, conduct customer follow-ups, and submit regular performance reports.
Qualifications & Required Skills
• 1–2 years of proven sales experience; experience in ceramic products or related industries is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Persistent, proactive, confident, and results-oriented.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, digital engagement, and basic platform algorithms.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a busy, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to grow with the company.
