WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching ceramic products.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs), stock cards, delivery notes, and dispatch documentation.
• Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper handling and safe storage of ceramic products to minimize damage and breakage.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Identify and report inventory shortages, discrepancies, and damaged products.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports.
Qualifications & Required Skills
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience.
• Proficiency in inventory management tools, Microsoft Excel, and stock control systems.
• Strong knowledge of GRNs, stock cards, inventory reconciliation, and dispatch procedures.
• Excellent documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, reliability, and accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Experience handling ceramic products or fragile materials is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and committed to growing with the company.
